Tribute to Kids' TV Show: Passe-Partout

Greetings dear friends! I will soon be part of a group exhibition tribute to the French kids' television show of my generation: Passe-Partout! The event will take place at 'La Sala Rose(4848 Saint-Laurent Boulevard, Montreal, QC.) on January 23rd. The event will feature live musique and most of the actors and puppet voices of the show will be present! Here are some pictures of the group exhibition I was in entitled ''Oppression'' at the Dark Art Gallery: Mur Insolite, in Québec City.

The show was up between August and November 2012. Unfortunately, I was unable to attend the opening night(September 8th, 2012), however, here are a few pictures of the Artwork and event.

Voici quelques photos de l'exposition collective dont j'ais récament fait partie intitulé ''Oppression'' à la Galerie Mur Insolite, dans la ville de Québec.

L'exposition a eu lieu entre les mois d'Aout et Novembre 2012. Je n'ais malheureusement pas peu être au vernissage, mais j'ais quelques photos de l'exposition et événement.

Philactère Cola's Françis Lauzon

An amazing encounter in a Moncton Bar this summer! Françis Lauzon was one of the Phylactère Cola French Canadian short films and satire skit comedy T.V. show based in Quebec City. It was and still is one of my favorite T.V. shows of all time! I met him at the Laudromat Bar in Moncton, N.B. in June 2012. He was there with my cameraman friend Jean-Michel Vienneau, they are working on a documentary together. We had an awesome time and lots of laughs! Photo by Sarah Brideau.

Francis Lauzon fesait partie des Phylactère Cola(émission télévisée Canadienne Française de sketches d'humour satirique extraordinaire) qui était(et l'est encore) une de mes émissions de télé préféré! *Le Français suit This is a new painting I recently made that is teasing a new mini series idea. I decided to upload this one for sale now. *Note that it is nearly impossible to take a decent photo of a painting with red without a proper camera and proper light so I am extremely sorry for the poor quality. This following picture is more blurry but provides a view without a light reflection. Français Ceci est une nouvelle oeuvre qui excite l'idée d'une nouvelle série d'oeuvres. J'ais décidé de mettre celle-ci a vendre maintenant. * Notez qu'il est presque impossible de prendre une bonne photo d'un tableau avec du rouge sans un bon éclairage et appareil photo alors je suis extrêmement désolé pour la mauvaise qualité. La photo suivante est plus floue mais elle offre une vue sans réflexion de la lumière.

I started working on this woodcut about three years ago and left it aside where it left my mind. I recently found it at my folks' and decided to finish it. I will soon be working on limited coloured ones. I am also working on other woodcuts that I will let you know about when they are available!
J'ais commencé a travailler sur cette petite estampe environ trois ans passé et elle a été mise de côté pour être oublié. Je l'ais récament retrouvé et décidé de la terminer.
